After any practical workshop has been attended, statutory withdrawal rights of money back will no longer be effective or valid.

Any cancellation must be made with 72 hours’ notice to reschedule or have the deposit refunded. Failure to provide 72 hours’ notice will incur a late cancellation fee of £50 per person.

Certification will be provided after completion of all case studies and failure to do so will delay certification.

Treatment appointments can be cancelled and rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice, each appointment can only be cancelled no more than one time. Failure to provide 24-hour notice before cancellation will incur a late cancellation charge of £30.00 per treatment.
