What is Fertility Hijama

A specialist discipline at the intersection of hijama and reproductive health

Fertility Hijama applies targeted cupping therapy to specific points associated with reproductive function, hormonal balance, and pelvic circulation. Rooted in traditional hijama practice and informed by modern understanding of the reproductive system, this course gives practitioners a structured, evidence-informed framework for working with clients experiencing fertility challenges.

Hormonal balance

Supporting the endocrine system naturally

Specific hijama points along the lower back, sacrum, and abdomen are associated with stimulating circulation to the reproductive organs and supporting hormonal regulation. Students learn the precise point selection protocols developed through Nasima's clinical experience.

Hormonal supportTargeted point protocols

Pelvic circulation

Improving blood flow to the reproductive organs

Reduced pelvic circulation is a common factor in fertility challenges. Fertility Hijama uses carefully placed cups to encourage blood flow to the uterus and ovaries, creating a more favourable environment for conception and supporting the body's natural processes.

Contraindications, safety, and professional practice

Fertility clients require particular care. This course covers contraindications in detail — including IVF cycles, PCOS, endometriosis, and early pregnancy — so practitioners can make safe, informed decisions and communicate clearly with clients and their medical teams.

Practitioners who've transformed their fertility practice

5★

Average rating from course graduates

I had been offering general hijama for years but wanted to specialise. This course gave me the specific protocols and the professional framework to do that properly. The small group meant I got real hands-on time.

Khadija M.

Hijama practitioner, Birmingham

Nasima's knowledge of the reproductive system and how hijama interacts with it is exceptional. She doesn't just teach technique — she teaches you to think clinically. That's rare in this field.

Fatima R.

Complementary therapist, Manchester

The section on emotional support was something I didn't expect but genuinely needed. Fertility clients carry so much — knowing how to hold that space professionally has made a real difference to my practice.

Zainab H.

Wellness practitioner, Leicester

I completed my case studies within four months and every single one taught me something new. The mentorship from Nasima throughout that period was invaluable — she was always available and always constructive.

Nadia S.

Independent therapist, Leeds

The accreditation has opened doors I didn't expect. I now work alongside a fertility clinic and the certificate gave them the confidence to refer clients to me. Worth every penny.

Yasmin A.

Fertility support practitioner, Bristol

Yes — a foundational hijama qualification is recommended before taking this specialist course. If you are new to hijama, we recommend starting with the Level 5 Hijama Diploma or the Ladies Cupping Therapy course first. If you are unsure whether your existing training is sufficient, contact us and we will advise.

This is covered in detail during the course. There are specific protocols for working with clients undergoing IVF, and clear contraindication windows that must be observed. The course equips you to have informed conversations with clients and their medical teams, and to make safe clinical decisions at each stage of the IVF cycle.

Yes. The course covers both female and male reproductive health. Specific hijama protocols for supporting male fertility — including points associated with sperm quality and hormonal balance — are included alongside the female-focused content.

Between 36 and 50 case studies are required after the training day. Nasima provides personal mentorship throughout this period — typically 3 to 5 months — reviewing your case notes and supporting your clinical development until you are ready for accreditation.

The Fertility Hijama Course is accredited by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA) and the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM). Both are widely recognised by professional indemnity insurers, enabling graduates to practise and insure professionally.

A maximum of six students per session. The small group size is deliberate — fertility practice requires nuanced clinical judgement, and Nasima ensures every student receives individual attention during the practical elements of the day.
